At Di’Essence Collection, we take pride in providing quality pieces and ensuring every order is handled with care..

No Refunds - All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered and received.

Please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges / We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• Request must be made within 48 hours of received purchase 

If approved, exchanges will be issued as:

• Store credit, or
• An exchange for the same item (if available)

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Bodystockings
• Lingerie / sheer items
• Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
